People Eligible for Using Our Facility |
Those who are persons with physical disabilities (Grade 1 or 2 of the identification booklet for the physically disabled) requiring care at all times and difficult to be cared for at home. |
Admission Procedures |
Please consult with the person in charge of welfare in your area municipalities if you wish to be admitted to our facility. You may visit our facility from Monday through Saturday. (Please make appointments by phone beforehand.) |
Costs |
Users self-pay amount is determined when municipalities grant "certificates of welfare service for persons with disabilities." Also users have to pay some co-payments in living in our facility.
In addition, users bear expenses for going out and expenses based on personal preferences and consumption.
