At the first stage action plan, we made efforts to improve working environment for all the staff facilitating work and child rearing at the same time. In order to further enhance it, we set a second stage action plan.

Further enrich in-house day care center available for staff to raise preschool children.

Build an extension within 2010 and increase the capacity to 40 to 50 from 25.

Make overtime working hours of all members of the staff 240 hours or less per person by March 2013.

Implement "no overtime days" once a week at each workplace from June 2010.

< Measure 2 >

Set up a committee of related parties for workplaces with much overtime during fiscal 2010 and discuss measures to reduce overtime.

Make the average usage rate of annual paid holidays 80% or more per person by March 2012.

Carry out training for managers during fiscal 2010.
Spread information and raise awareness among staff and facilitate using annual paid holidays.
