Anybody can use our facility as long as he or she receives Certification of Needed Long-Term Care based on Long-Term Care Insurance Act at his/her area municipality and certified as care-requiring condition 1 to 5. |

Costs to use the facility depend on the care-requiring condition levels. Specified residential expenses and food expenses are necessary. For details, please contact the receptionist. |

Following the revision of Long-Term Care Insurance Act, from October 1, 2005, users are supposed to bear the full amount of residential expenses (living costs) and food expenses for residents and short stay users as well as food expenses for outpatient day long-term care. |
